Jesco’s market share in Korean small size steel pipe market is over 70 % and in terms of head rest, seat parts and seat levers, our market share is well over 80 %
We have one-line production system which every process including coil purchase, slitting, tubing production, cutting, packaging takes place in one single factory.

1. Slitter Line
Jesco is the first company in Korea to install a large slitter, and we are currently running 2 slitters which can deal with a huge amount of volume at once.

2. Pipe Production Line
We are currently running 4 carbon steel pipe production lines and one Aluminized pipe line and planning to install more lines as we expand our business.
In particular, in 2001 Jesco was the first company in Korea to install a small size out diameter reducing line. This is much more accurate than small size steel tube being produced in Japan because of its tolerance range much exceeds that of Japan, reaching the level of drawing tube. Also,we are running production line number 3 just for producing 12.7 size, which has large demands from the companies around the world.

3. Cutting Line
We currently have 7 automatic cutters and are planning to install one more. We always make sure that cutting tolerance is appropriate and manage our production line with modern facilities.

4. Packaging Line
Our Headquarters has developed a new packaging machine which is being used to sort out defective (in terms of length and straightness) products during packaging process. We make sure that every single product is inspected to ensure the top quality.
