(hereinafter referred to as the “Impostor Company”) has been engaged in fraudulent commercial activities. This entity has been found forging official certificates, authorization letters, and corporate documents, falsely claiming to be a “subsidiary”, “branch”, or “authorized joint venture” of our Group (Tianjin Yuantai Derun Steel Pipe Manufacturing Group Co., Ltd.).
To protect our global brand reputation and to prevent our international partners from suffering severe financial and operational losses, we hereby issue this ultimate clarification:
1. ABSOLUTE ZERO AFFILIATION Our Group has NO capital, shareholding, management, business, personnel, or agency relationship whatsoever with Tianjin Yuantai Hexin International Trading Co., Ltd. This company is an entirely independent, unauthorized third party. It is NOT our subsidiary, NOT our branch, and NOT an authorized exporter for our products.
2. TOTAL FORGERY OF DOCUMENTATION Any “Subsidiary Certificate,” “Letter of Authorization,” “Strategic Partnership Agreement,” or sales contract bearing our corporate name, signatures, or official stamp presented by the Impostor Company is 100% ILLEGALLY FORGED. They are completely incapable of providing genuine, verifiable MTC or official manufacturer backing from our plants.
3. LEGAL DISCLAIMER Our Group shall bear no legal, financial, or quality-related liability for any business transactions, financial losses, shipping disputes, or sub-standard products resulting from any party’s dealings with this Impostor Company.
4. STRICT LEGAL PROCEEDINGS Our legal department has fully documented the evidence of this entity’s trademark infringement and document forgery. We reserve all rights to pursue severe legal actions, including criminal charges and international trade tribunal enforcement, against the perpetrators.
